Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements related to the use of the digital service weddingspeech.ai, provided by Vanta Studio | Nolte Nussbaum Digital GbR.
The service is intended for private consumers only, as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).

2. Service Description
weddingspeech.ai is a digital platform that allows users to create personalized wedding speeches and vows with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is web-based and generates text based on user input, intended as a creative starting point and editable by the user.

3. Contract Formation
By completing the payment process, a binding contract for the use of the service is established. The digital content becomes available immediately after payment is successfully processed.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed clearly on the website. Payments are processed via a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. No Right of Withdrawal
As per § 356 (5) BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for this service. The user expressly agrees that the digital service begins immediately after purchase and that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived.

6. Usage Rights
The user is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the generated content for private, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer
weddingspeech.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing the final speech to fit their individual needs and legal requirements.

8. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data processing is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider.
